Common questions
What kind of floor plan can I upload?
Any of these works: architect's blueprint (PDF or image), builder's flyer / brochure plan, hand sketch, screenshot from a real-estate listing, even a photo of a paper plan. AI vision is robust to rotation, lighting, and quality.
Why does Photo mode cost ₹200 more than Wizard?
AI vision compute is more expensive than canvas-input (the model parses every wall, room, door from pixels). For complex layouts the accuracy is meaningfully better. For simple 1-3 BHK homes you can get the same report quality from Wizard at ₹999 — pick based on your layout.
How accurate is the AI floor-plan parsing?
Very accurate for standard plans. Sometimes mis-classifies a small store room as a bathroom — but you get a confirmation step before the analysis runs, where you can correct any mis-reads. After confirmation, the analysis is identical to Wizard mode.
What if I don't have a floor plan image?
Use Wizard mode (₹999) — it's built for users without a plan. Drag rooms onto a canvas, takes 8-12 minutes. Same final report.
Can I upload multiple floors?
Yes. The flow accepts up to 4 separate images (one per floor). Inter-floor analysis (e.g. toilet over pooja room) is included in the report.
Is my floor plan stored or shared?
Stored encrypted in your account, never shared. You can delete it any time. We don't use uploaded plans for AI training.
