Who we are looking for

Two distinct skills. Many of our applicants offer both — and that is welcome — but each is a separate craft and a separate application.

Astrologer

Predictive practice — birth chart reading, dasha analysis, transit timing, compatibility, remedial prescription. Demonstrable ground in Parashari + at least one specialised system (KP, Jaimini, Nadi, Lal Kitab).

Pundit / Karmakanda Acharya

Ritual practice — samskaras, pujas, havans, shanti karmas. Working knowledge of Sanskrit recitation, mantra precision, and the procedural shastras for the rituals you offer.

    Open the link sent to you and complete the application — your background, Vedic specialisation, languages, services, and three references.

    Initial screening

    3–7 days

    Our team reviews credentials and references. Depending on volume this can take a few days; you will hear from us either way.

    Conversation with a senior

    30–45 min

    A 30–45 minute interview — case discussion, communication style, ethics, comfort with our scope of practice.

    Onboarding training

    1–2 days

    A short live training (1–2 days, 3 sessions) — platform, client handling, dos & don'ts, escalation protocols. Followed by a certifying assessment.

    Your profile goes live to our seekers. You can begin accepting consultations the same week.

Can I apply if my practice is part-time?⌄

Yes. Many of our most-loved practitioners consult on weekends and evenings. The platform is built around your availability, not the other way around.

Is there a fee to join?⌄

Never. We do not charge practitioners to apply, to onboard, or to maintain a profile. Our economics come from the consultation revenue share, transparently set.

I am based outside India — can I still join?⌄

Yes. We actively recruit practitioners in the UK, the US, the Gulf, Singapore, and Australia. The application form supports international phone numbers and addresses.

What if I am only an astrologer, not a pundit (or vice versa)?⌄

No problem — apply for the role you practice. Each role has its own application. If you offer both, you can submit two applications.

Can I bring my existing clients with me?⌄

Absolutely — many of our practitioners do. We provide tooling to import your existing client base into your AstroSpeaks schedule, and the consultation revenue from those clients comes to you on the same fair terms.

How do I get an invite?⌄
