1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AstroSpeaks ("the Platform") at astrospeaks.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Services

AstroSpeaks is a marketplace platform connecting users with independent astrologers. We provide:

• Online consultations via chat, call, and video
• Offline session bookings
• Services including Kundali, Palmistry, Numerology, Tarot, Gemstones, Vastu, and Horoscope

Disclaimer: Astrology services are for entertainment and guidance purposes only. AstroSpeaks does not guarantee outcomes or results from consultations. Users should not make critical life decisions solely based on astrological guidance.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per mobile number is permitted
• You must provide accurate information when registering

4. Wallet & Payments

• Wallet credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law
• Welcome bonuses are subject to usage conditions
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Technical failure preventing a consultation from taking place
• Astrologer fails to connect within 5 minutes of scheduled time
• Duplicate charges due to payment errors

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the incident to [email protected].

6. Astrologer Conduct

Astrologers on our platform are independent service providers. AstroSpeaks:

• Verifies astrologers before approval but does not guarantee accuracy of predictions
• Is not liable for advice given by astrologers
• Maintains the right to suspend or remove astrologers for misconduct

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten astrologers or other users
• Share false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Scrape or copy content from the Platform without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including logos, design, and text is owned by AstroSpeaks Technologies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AstroSpeaks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the Platform.
