Are mole readings medical?
No — Til Shastra is reflective tradition. We make zero medical claims about moles. If a mole has changed in size / colour / shape, see a dermatologist — that's a medical concern, not Samudrika.
Why are left vs right readings different?
Classical Til Shastra reads laterality as karmic — left side = past karma / receptive energy, right side = current karma / projective energy. Same mole on different sides has different interpretations.
