Common questions
What does "48 working hours" mean exactly?
Saturday, Sunday, and Indian public holidays are excluded. So a question submitted Monday morning gets answered by Wednesday morning. A question submitted Friday afternoon gets answered by Tuesday afternoon. Most answers arrive in 1-3 working days.
What if I have multiple questions?
Each question is ₹99. No multi-question packs in v1 — the universal flat rate keeps things simple. Most seekers ask 1-3 questions per reading.
Is the answer just AI?
No. AI drafts the answer using your chart, but a trained Vedic pundit reviews and approves it before delivery. If the AI got something wrong, the pundit corrects it. You receive the pundit-approved version.
Will the pundit predict marriage timing or specific events?
We avoid hard predictive claims. Vedic readings describe tendencies, gifts, and active influences — not fixed outcomes. The pundit will discuss likely directions and how to work with them, not commit to specific dates or events.
Why do you need consent to use my data for training?
India's DPDP Act requires explicit consent for personal data used to improve AI models. Your question + the pundit's approved answer (anonymised, your name and chart removed) becomes a training row that helps the AI write better drafts in future. You can opt out — your question is still answered.
Can I get a refund if the answer is unhelpful?
If the answer arrives after the 48 working-hour SLA, it's an automatic full refund. If the answer is within SLA but you find it unhelpful, write to [email protected] — we review case-by-case and refund where reasonable.
