Common questions
Do I need a Life Report to subscribe?
Yes. Alerts complement your Life Report — same dates, same events, just with advance notice and concrete action. We require Kundali Premium (₹) or Premium+ on file. The eligibility check happens at checkout; if you don't have one yet, we'll point you to it.
How is this different from Graha Yatra?
Graha Yatra is a quarterly virtual-pundit visit at ₹499/session — you initiate when you want one. Alerts is an always-on monitor that proactively pings you when something on your chart needs attention. They're complementary; many subscribers do both.
How often will I be alerted?
Most subscribers see ~5-15 instant alerts per year (high-impact events) plus a digest at your chosen cadence. Quiet months are quiet by design — we don't pad with noise to justify the price.
Where do alerts arrive?
You pick the channels at signup: WhatsApp (most reliable for time-sensitive), in-app /alerts inbox (always on), email (good for digests). Edit any time in Preferences.
How are dates computed?
Same engine as your Life Report — Lahiri ayanamsa, Whole-Sign houses, Vimshottari dasha. Dates match your existing reports to the minute. We empirically validate this against Prokerala on random charts.
What happens at the end of 365 days?
No auto-renewal. We message you ~30 days before expiry; if you want to continue, it's a fresh ₹999 transaction. No subscription dark-pattern lock-in.
