AHO — architecture
India's house-building platform. CoA-licensed B.Arch professionals draw every design that ships from AHO. Their job is the architecture — the structure, the flow, the buildability, the budget.
What AHO does NOT claim: we do not pretend our architects are Vastu masters. That would be dishonest. Vastu is an ancient discipline that takes a lifetime to learn — and architects spent that lifetime on architecture, not Vedic Jyotisha.
AstroSpeaks — Vastu
India's Vedic Jyotisha and Vastu authority. AstroSpeaks pundits codified the ruleset that every DBYO Vastu home is certified against. Their job is the Vastu — the zones, the cardinals, the deities, the energy balance.
What AstroSpeaks does NOT claim: the pundits don't pretend to be architects. They review designs against the Vastu ruleset — they don't draw the buildings.

When you buy a DBYO Vastu home, you're hiring AHO (the organisation) for the architecture, and AstroSpeaks (the organisation) for the Vastu certification. Both credentials show on every screen — no opaque claims, no single-discipline-claiming- two-disciplines.
Four principles that govern every design.
AstroSpeaks codified the full Vastu ruleset from the Mānasāra, Mayamatam, Viśvakarma Vāstuśāstra and other source texts. Every DBYO Vastu design is reviewed against this ruleset before shipping.
Cardinal orientation
Main door, master bedroom, kitchen, puja room — each anchored to a specific cardinal direction per the Mānasāra and other source texts.
8-zone placement
The home divided into 8 zones (N / NE / E / SE / S / SW / W / NW) plus the central Brahmasthāna. Each zone has its element, deity, and proper use.
Energy balance
Heavy zones (storage, master, kitchen mass) in the SW. Light zones (entries, water features, lounges) in the NE. The balance shapes the building.
Brahmasthāna
The centre of the home kept open — no heavy walls, no toilets, no permanent storage. The breathing core of the home, treated reverently.
Every certified design carries a score from 0 to 100.
The score reflects how closely a design adheres to the AstroSpeaks-codified ruleset. It's shown on every model detail page, attributable to AstroSpeaks — not to an algorithm.

Live per-design pundit review. Each DBYO Vastu order goes through an AstroSpeaks reviewer who signs off. The Vastu Score becomes the pundit's actual review, not the engine's.
