Eight categories. A thousand homes.
Pick the archetype that fits how you live. Each carries dozens of models at different sizes, finishes, and price points — and each model ships with Floor Plan, Renders, and Budget.
Independent House
The most common Indian build — a single-family home on an owned plot. Sized for a couple, a young family, or a multi-generational household.
Villa
Premium-tier home with detached land, garden, and finishes that read as architecture, not just construction. For the build that defines a generation.
Farmhouse
Weekend retreats, retirement homes, or fully-detached country builds. Optimised for plot orientation, kitchen-garden, and a longer porch than the city allows.
Apartment
For builders designing units within a multi-unit project, or owners customising the interior of an apartment they already own. Floor plan + finishes + budget.
Duplex
Two storeys connected by an internal staircase, often with the public floors below and bedrooms above. Maximises vertical space on a compact plot.
Twin-share
Two homes on one plot — for extended families that want togetherness without overlap, or for owners building one to live in and one to rent.
Studio
Single-room living with kitchenette, work zone, and sleeping area in one open plan. For urban renters, weekend pads, or a first investment property.
Bungalow
A single-storey home with all rooms on one level — common in South Indian and colonial-style builds. Easy ageing-in-place, larger footprint, no stairs.
