Floor Plan

Per-level CAD-style drawings, dimensioned, mason-readable.

One floor plan per level — ground, upper, terrace.
Every room labelled and dimensioned in feet + metres.
Door + window positions + sizes shown to scale.
Wet areas (kitchen + baths + utility) annotated with plumbing routing notes.
Vastu-certified designs carry zone annotations per AstroSpeaks-codified ruleset.
Delivered as both PDF (vector, print-ready) and image (PNG, mobile-friendly).
Includes site setback dimensions + plot boundary markers — buildable directly on receipt.

Deliverable 02

Studio Renders

High-quality Imagen-rendered views — exterior + interior. Plus a 14-chapter narrated walkthrough.

Exterior renders: front elevation + isometric overview (more angles added Phase 2).
Interior renders: living room, master bedroom, kitchen, additional rooms per spec.
Renders reflect your L1 customisation — colour palette + interior scheme + style chosen on the configurator.
Phase 1 (today): high-resolution studio renders via Google Imagen 4.0 (the same engine used by leading ArchViz studios) + 14-chapter narrated walkthrough in EN/HI/OD.
Phase 2.5 (on the roadmap): real-time interactive 3D viewer (Babylon.js scene-graph) — same scene-graph code will drive 3D-printed miniatures in Phase 3.
All renders show context — sky, ground, basic landscaping. No bare-CAD aesthetics.
Delivered as PNG image bundle + PDF compilation + MP3 walkthrough.

Indicative build cost for the full home — sqft × district-prevailing ₹/sqft.
Phase breakdown: Structure (~58%), Finishes (~22%), Services (~12%), Soft costs (~8%).
Bill of Quantities (BoQ): line items for major materials — cement, steel, bricks, tiles, fittings.
Labour estimate at district-prevailing rates.
Adjusted for finish tier (Standard / Premium / Premium+).
L2 accessories add transparent ₹ deltas (extra room +20%, pool +15–25%, premium upgrade +30%, etc.).
Delivered as PDF with summary chart + line-item annexure.
